Adam Janas
Apricum is happy to announce that finance specialist Adam Janas has joined its senior advisor team. Mr. Janas has particular expertise in M&A, due diligence, project development and asset management with extensive experience in the renewable energy, conventional energy, property and infrastructure sectors.
Mr. Janas held the role of CFO for more than 10 years at the ProWind Group and CPC Germania, managing German and European wind and solar development companies. Prior to that, he spent eight years with Helbling Business Advisors, where he was senior project manager for M&A, corporate finance and restructuring, mainly focused on the construction and engineering industries. He has also held senior roles as head of acquisitions and due diligence at agri.capital, an operator of biogas plants, and served as manager treasury and corporate finance at Grohe AG.
Mr. Janas is based in Germany and will work with Apricum on a range of transaction advisory projects.
