Andrew Oh
Apricum is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Oh to its team of senior advisors. Based in California, Mr. Oh is a highly experienced energy industry professional with particular expertise in finance, M&A, strategic planning, business development and project level capital structuring.
Mr. Oh was previously executive VP of strategy and business development at Apparent Inc., a role that followed Mr. Oh’s long and successful career at OCI Group where he held leadership positions such as vice president of strategy and business development in OCI’s global solar division. He was also vice president of strategy and project finance at OCI Solar Power and director of strategic planning at OCI Enterprises. Mr. Oh also gained valuable experience in management consulting in an earlier role as senior consultant at Arthur D. Little, after beginning his career at Samsung Electronics as quality assurance engineer.
Mr. Oh holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Korea University in Seoul.
